Omega 3 Fatty Acid is Essential For Your Health

Omega 3 fatty acids are actually 3 acids, DHA, EPA and ALA essential to your brain function. Your brain is made up of about 60% of these acids. DHA is the responsible for your brain development and maintaining your sharpness and memory. EPA is responsible for your mood.

Look for the fish supplements that have been molecularly distilled and come from clean waters for maximum purity. And get supplements with a high level of DHA and EPA for your brain's health.
